The present invention is related to a novel room heating appliance, the " Efficient Induction Based Heating Device for Room Comfort" designed to revolutionize the room heating experience. Traditional heating systems often face challenges in achieving a balance between effective warming and energy conservation. In response to this, the proposed device leverages induction technology to efficiently generate and distribute heat within enclosed spaces. The device incorporates advanced materials and engineering principles to ensure rapid and uniform heating, addressing the shortcomings of conventional method. Employing electromagnetic induction, this device eliminates the need for direct contact between the heating element and the surrounding air, resulting in a more responsive and energy-efficient heating process. The presented invention incorporates eight separate induction coils strategically positioned within the device, each controlled independently by its control circuit providing precise control over the heating process. These induction coils heat up their own corresponding steel plates attached to aluminium heatsink with fins. Four DC blower fans push air through the fins and hot air exhausted from the heatsink fins from the device heating the environment. Electromagnetic induction enables rapid heating, reducing waiting times and energy consumption. To bolster safety of the device, two advanced cooling fans are placed over the induction coils dissipating excess heat from the coils, preventing overheating accidents and simultaneously adding to the heating of the surrounding air. Moreover, the electronic control system offers precise temperature management and customizable settings using a touch panel control system. The microcontroller present within the touch panel control circuit is responsible for sending the control signals to the blower and induction coil circuit, simultaneously receiving temperature data of the environment from an analogue temperature sensor. This innovation leads to closed loop-controlled heating of the room with precise control over the room temperature. The device also has four different power modes.
