The primary transmitter device comprising a processor, the processor is configured to establish a communication link with one of the plurality of receiver devices in a zone, provide transmission power to the receiver device, based on type of service offered by said receiver device, measure remaining transmission power of said primary transmitter device, upon determining that the primary device has finished serving said receiver device, compare the remaining transmission power of the primary transmitter device to a pre-defined threshold and switch from the primary transmitter device to one of the secondary transmitter device, for serving one or more other receiver devices, upon detecting that the remaining transmission power of said primary transmitter device is below the pre-defined threshold.
