In which the motor is automatically turned on when the water level becomes low, detected by the reed sensors. also, when there is the overflow of water, it uses reed sensors to detect the water level so that if the water level becomes high, the motor gets turned off automatically. With this method, the wastage of water will reduce and we will control the overflow in the overhead tanks wirelessly this method is much needed in this busy world. As we know that there are many disadvantages in the present mechanism of the overflow control systems and are: 1. Ball mechanism: Loosing of its mechanism after a period of time. 2. Wired overflow control system: electrical hazards and corrosion of equipment here are problems occurring. To overcome these issues, we are going to use, Realtime Implementation Of A Non-destructive Wireless Water Level Control For Tanks in which the motor is automatically turned ON when the water level becomes low, detected by the reed sensors. Also, when there is an overflow of water, it uses reed sensors to detect the water level so that if the water level becomes high, the motor gets turned OFF automatically. With this method, the wastage of water will reduce and we will control the overflow in the overhead tanks this method is much needed in this busy world. 5. Methodology 4 Due to more time consuming on the manual operation it is a total loss of our valuable time. Owing to the busy life, it is common that the tank usually overflows without notice. One has got to stick with it on observing the tank water level to switch OFF the motor once it is switched ON. The project of wireless water level monitoring system is done by using an air vent pipe with a magnetic ball and reed sensor. + Figure 1. Block diagram of water level control for tanks The block diagram describes two main sections of the system, the transmitting section and receiving section. A transmitting section has magnetic reed sensors, Arduino Nano, and RF transmitters. The receiving section consists of a relay unit, Arduino Nano, motor, LCD, and RF receiver. When the circuit is powered ON, the system starts to work. At the tank two water levels are taken into account i.e., a “LOW” water level, when the tank is almost empty and a “HIGH” water level, when the tank is almost full. If the water level is LOW, the magnetic ball will be at a LOW position and REED sensor 1 activates and sends information to a receiver through an RF transmitter. The RF receiver receives a signal and passes the signal to the microcontroller which takes necessary actions and through the relay unit it turns the motor ‘ON’. Similarly same is the case when the water level is HIGH. 5 6. Hardware • Arundo Nano • RF module. • Submersible pump. • Reed switch sensor module. • Relay. • LCD module. • 7805 Voltage regulator. • Diode. • Resistor. • Neodymium magnets. • Transistor. 7. Software description • Arduino IDE The Arduino Integrated Development Environment (IDE) is a cross-platform application that is written in functions from C and C++. It is used to write and upload programs to Arduino-compatible boards. • Proteus Software Proteus is used to simulate, design, and drawing of electronic circuits. It was invented by the Lab center electronic. By using Proteus we can make two-dimensional circuit designs as well. With the use of this engineering software, we can construct and simulate different electrical and electronic circuits on personal computers or laptops. There are numerous benefits to simulating circuits and uploading programs to Arduino-compatible boards before making them practically
