As we embrace the age of advanced technology, it becomes immensely essential to secure any private authorization and transaction communications. Current authentication and formal verification methods appear well enough in securing personal data, through passwords. For an instance, most electronic devices and online payments are secured via passwords. However, passwords are becoming obsolete solution since a person is required to remember these passwords as number of security devices are being installed. Also, these passwords can be acquired by anybody during the password entry. In addition, there seems to be no assurance of communicating to someone, loss or being stolen from the user. Hence, for security reasons, the passwords cannot be regarded as adequately safe. Thus, providing a safe and stable mechanism for recognizing and authenticating data services is important. Therefore, a secure biometric device using fingerprints and encryption is proposed and implemented. A sensor detects a fingerprint. A digital background is then removed from the fingerprint impression and is printed differently. A fingerprint templates database matches the differentiated print. The fingerprint input device will have an encoder that encrypts digital biometric information with a biometric input device to transfer the coded data to the biometric validator, using concealed data that is identical to the biometric data coming from input/output device. A method of authenticating a person’s identity through biometric fingerprint matching, that includes a biometric fingerprint pattern being stored beforehand in database. In order to create an authentication key to save and fetch this biometric template, this cryptographic algorithm encodes the biometric blueprint using a secret password known to the person. This key is encrypted/decrypted bye the system for the biometric fingerprint authentication process.
