Rubus is an underexploited fruit. These wild berries are found in areas that are not easily accessible. In Kashmir, these are found in Baramulla, Hills of Harwan, Shankaracharya Hills, Kangan, Tangmarg, Gulmarg, Kishtwar, Rajouri, Pampore. The life of the fresh fruit is less than a week. There is no such popular product available in the market. As a result, we came up with the idea to develop a Rubus product that offers extra value. One such potential product is the Osmo Dehydrated Rubus Berries. This will serve as the substitute for the candies available in the market and are consumed by the large population, especially kids.
